Refund Policy
At Holidays365, we understand that travel and event plans may change unexpectedly. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with industry standards. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to helpdesk@holidays365.com, and refunds will be processed based on the timeline and terms of our airline, hotel, and service partners. Please note that certain bookings may carry non-refundable charges or cancellation penalties depending on the supplier’s policy. In such cases, we will inform you prior to confirmation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days after receiving the cancellation request and supplier approval. Service fees, transaction charges, or third-party processing costs are non-refundable. In situations beyond our control — including natural calamities, political disturbances, or travel restrictions — Holidays365 will make every effort to assist with rescheduling, credits, or partial refunds wherever possible. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy as part of our service agreement.
